Albany Street Apartments Terms and Conditions
Please note that check in is 16.00 and check out is 10.30. Guests will be met at the apartment with the keys on arrival. Guests are welcome to leave luggage in our secure cellars located opposite apartment 35b Albany Street if you arrive early or leave later. Please give the agent a call when you are half an hour away from arrival as they do not live near the apartments (077809 23711 or 0131 558 9007). if you do not arrange a time to meet at the apartment or do not call beforehand you may have to wait for up to one hour to gain access.
Early check in and late check out may be available by way of an additional charge. Please contact your agent to arrange this 0131 558 9007.
Parking is not available in our Ramsay Garden or 27a Albany Street Apartments.
All breakages, damages, missing keys or items from the apartment must be paid for. Payment will automatically be taken to cover all costs.
We do not accept stag and hen parties.
The apartments are in a residential area. Please respect your neighbours.We reserve the right to evict any guests from the apartments due to noise complaints or unreasonable behaviour.
