At Albany Street Apartments we have a selection of six self catering apartments to choose from, accommodation comprising of two to four bedrooms. Five of our luxury apartments feature a master bedroom with en-suite bath or shower room and a separate bathroom. Some of our apartments also have an off street parking place. Essential for those traveling to Edinburgh by car but want to see the city on foot.

All of our apartments are furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated featuring a Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedrooms.

The pride of our apartments is no 6 Ramsay Gardens. Situated at the top of the Royal Mile beside Edinburgh Castle this luxury apartments over looks Princess Street, Princess Street Gardens and affords views over the Firth of Fourth to Fife.

We do not accept stag and hen parties.

The apartments are in a residential area. Please respect your neighbours.We reserve the right to evict any guests from the apartments due to noise complaints or unreasonable behaviour.

At Albany Street Apartments Edinburgh we have 6 luxury self catering holiday apartments for rental in Edinburgh City Centre with accommodation ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. All have fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms and lounges with 5 of our apartments featuring a master bedroom with en-suite bath or shower room. All but one of our apartments also has off street parking so are ideal for those guests traveling by car and don’t want the added expense of parking.

In spring 2011 we were delighted to announce the addition of a new holiday apartment at 33b Albany Street Edinburgh to our list of stunning city centre self catering properties.
The newly refurbished period (circa 1830) apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms appointed to a luxury standard, a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and wooden floors throughout.

Benefiting from a uniquely central Edinburgh location, the apartment is close to all major amenities such as restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres, delicatessens as well as Tesco Express on Picardy Place.
Princes Street – Edinburgh’s famous shopping Street is only 5 minutes’ walk away and the world renowned shopping experience at Multrees Walk is even less at 3 minutes, housing top name retailers and designers such as Harvey Nichols, Emporio Armani, Mulberry, Luis Vuitton, Calvin Klein and many more.

Waverley Station and St Andrew’s Square Bus Station are only 5 minutes’ walk away. Edinburgh Airport is 8 miles away and is services by the Airlink bus which runs 24 hours a day between Waverly Bridge and the airport. Buses depart every 10 minutes throughout the day and 30 minutes from midnight to 6:30am.

The property was built by Scottish poet Allan Ramsay in 1740. Originally a wigmaker, Ramsay made his fortune through writing essays and poetry. A man of vision he created the first borrowing library and made books and plays available to the poor residents of the Royal Mile. He was also father to the Scottish artist Allan Ramsay, famous for his portraits of aristocracy such as King George III and the Duke of Argyle (later used on the Royal Bank of Scotland banknotes)!

The Willie Rodger’s Room

An impressive double bedroom with a beautiful en suite shower room, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio and a built-in wardrobe. This unique room boasts original artwork created by the Scottish artist Willie Rodger, something a bit special! Indulgent toiletries are also included along with warm, fluffy hand and bath towels.

The Courtyard Room

A delightful double or twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio and a large bay window.

The Patio Room

Lovely double or twin bedroom with funky lighting and a window out to the rear patio.

The Cosy Room

Cosy double or twin bedroom with clean modern decoration, no window to the outside street that ensures a great nights sleep.
